About Bridget
Before tea, I spent years in social work: mental health work with children and adults, hospice, and medical social work. Chinese medicine gave me the language of the seasons. Tea gave me a way to hold it all in my hands.
I hold a master's degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. This book walks alongside your care.
